What we collect
Account details (name, email, business name and sector), the content you create in the app — chats, liked businesses, reminders, voice notes and scanned documents — and basic usage records so we can meter AI credits and prevent abuse.
AI processing
Your prompts, photos, documents and recordings are sent to our AI providers only to produce the response, transcript, summary or media you asked for. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. Recording is always started by you.
Voice and camera
The microphone is used only while you are recording a note or talking to your agent. The camera is used only while the capture screen is open. You can revoke either permission in your device settings at any time.
Sharing
We share data with service providers who host the platform, process payments and run the AI models, under contract and only to operate the service. We disclose data otherwise only when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can export or delete individual notes and documents in the app, and permanently delete your entire account from Account → Privacy & data → Delete account. Deletion removes your profile, workspace state, entitlements and usage history.
