Privacy Policy

This policy covers the CCC app and the CCC website, both operated by Culture Currency Connection ("CCC", "we"). It explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how you can get it deleted.
Information you give us
- Account details: your name, email address, password, and the account type you choose (consumer, diverse-owned business, corporation or college).
- Profile details: city and state, interests, values, the things you are looking for, and — for a business — your business name, sector, description, photo and links.
- Content you create: searches, saved places and lists, messages to the concierge, voice notes, uploaded documents and anything your agent produces for you.
- Payment details when you buy a plan or an add-on. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store them.
Information collected automatically
- Approximate or precise location, only after you allow it, to show what is near you.
- Device and usage records: app version, device type, pages and features used, and error reports — used to run the service, measure usage and prevent abuse.
Microphone, camera and photos
The microphone is used only while you are recording a note or speaking to your agent. The camera and photo library are used only when you choose to add a photo or scan a document. You can withdraw either permission in your device settings at any time, and the app keeps working without them.
How we use your information
- To create and run your account and show you results that match your profile.
- To power the CCC concierge and your agent, including searches you ask it to run.
- To send you alerts, daily briefs and service messages you have turned on.
- To take payment, meter usage, and support you when something goes wrong.
- To keep the service safe and to meet legal obligations.
AI processing
Your prompts, documents and recordings are sent to our AI providers only to produce the answer, summary, draft or media you asked for. Results drawn from outside the CCC network are labelled in the app and may be incomplete or wrong, so check anything important before acting on it. Your agent never calls, emails, applies or pays on your behalf without you approving that action first.
Who we share it with
We share information with the companies that host the platform, send our email and notifications, process payments, and run the AI models — under contract, and only so they can provide those services to us. If you publish a business listing, the details you put in it are public by design. We disclose information otherwise only when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. Usage and billing records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and legal reasons. When you delete your account we remove your profile, saved items, workspace content and usage history.
Your choices and rights
- View and change your details in the app under Me, and turn alerts on or off under Settings.
- Delete individual notes, lists and documents at any time.
- Delete your whole account under Me → Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account, or by emailing us at support@culturecurrencyconnection.com.
- Depending on where you live you may also have the right to a copy of your data, to correct it, or to object to certain uses. Email support@culturecurrencyconnection.com and we will act on it.
Children
CCC is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email support@culturecurrencyconnection.com and we will delete it.
Security
Information is encrypted in transit, access is limited to people who need it, and passwords are stored hashed. No service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong, unique password.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
